1. Scope
These Event Terms apply to all events, workshops, sessions, and activities organized under the “Gary Nuyens — Research & Creations” platform.

2. Status of Activities
Events are organized on a small-scale and experimental basis by a private individual.
Activities are occasional and exploratory in nature.
A formal business structure may be established in the future.

3. Registration
Participation is confirmed only after registration and, where applicable, receipt of payment or contribution.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or limit participation.

4. Participation Contribution
Participation may require a financial contribution.
This contribution:
– is voluntary or suggested, unless explicitly stated otherwise
– supports the organization of the session
– does not constitute a commercial service fee
Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.

5. Cancellation Policy
Participant cancellation:
– More than 7 days before the event: refund possible minus administrative costs (if applicable)
– 3–7 days before: partial refund or credit (at Organizer’s discretion)
– Less than 72 hours before: no refund
No-show:
– No refund or credit
Participation may be transferred to another person with prior notice.

6. Organizer Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to:
– Modify content, format, location, or schedule
– Postpone or cancel an event
In such cases:
– Participants may receive a refund or credit for a future event
– No additional compensation is provided
Events may be cancelled if minimum participation is not reached.

7. Conduct
Participants agree to:
– Respect others and the environment
– Maintain confidentiality of shared information
– Act responsibly during the event
The Organizer may remove any participant without refund in case of inappropriate behavior.
Late arrivals may be refused entry without refund.

8. Liability
Participation is voluntary and at the Participant’s own risk.
The Organizer shall not be held liable for:
– any direct or indirect damages
– personal injury
– emotional or psychological effects
– loss or damage of personal belongings
Participants remain fully responsible for their actions and decisions.

9. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
Activities are provided for informational, educational, and experiential purposes only.
They do not constitute:
– medical advice
– psychological or psychiatric treatment
– therapeutic services
– legal or financial advice
Participants remain responsible for their own well-being.
If necessary, consult a qualified professional.

10. No Guarantees
No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or personal experiences.
Each participant’s experience may vary.

11. Intellectual Property
All content, exercises, methods, frameworks, and materials presented during events are the intellectual property of Gary Nuyens.
Participants may not:
– record sessions without permission
– reproduce or distribute materials
– teach or commercialize the content
without prior written consent.

12. Media
Events may be photographed or recorded.
By participating, you agree that images or recordings may be used for communication or promotional purposes.
Participants may request exclusion in advance.

These Event Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
